Events & Field Marketing Specialist at TJM Labs | LAYIQ

Own the events calendar and budget: build and manage the annual calendar for ~40 conferences, trade shows and events; recommend which shows to attend, sponsor or drop based on results.
Run all event logistics: registration, booth and sponsorship packages, shipping, swag, travel and hotel, lead capture and staffing schedules, plus booth and swag inventory at our Newark office.
Partner with sales and executives: plan pre-event outreach with sales and SDRs to book meetings before each show and post-event follow-up within 48 hours; coordinate speaking slots and CE sessions with our executives, including deadlines, templates and materials.
Coordinate our customer conference: run TJM Labs’ annual conference end to end, from venue, budget and registration to attendee experience and post-event follow-up, working with the Marketing Lead on agenda and speakers.
Host Lunch & Learns and executive dinners: run an ongoing Lunch & Learn series for pharmacies and partners, from scheduling and catering to content, invitations and follow-up; plan intimate dinners for pharmacy owners and executives around conferences and in key markets, working with sales on target guest lists, invitations, venues and hosting logistics.
Own webinars and event email: run the monthly webinar series, from topic and speakers to promotion, run-of-show, recording and follow-up; own event and webinar promotion email and support the customer newsletter, nurture sequences and product announcements. Manage our email platform and its sync with our CRM, keep lists clean and deliverability high, and report on opens, clicks and meetings sourced.
Run gifting and customer programs: run gifting and direct mail sends to target accounts, event invitees and customers, working with sales on who receives what (e.g. Sendoso or similar); support the customer reference program, advisory board and customer council meetings.
Measure everything: keep event, webinar and campaign records clean in our CRM, including invite lists, attendees and follow-up, and report on every event: meetings booked, pipeline created, cost per meeting and ROI.
