We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist II. This is a fully remote, hourly (non-exempt) role within our Managed HR Services organization, supporting multiple client companies through a fractional HR service model. This position is ideal for an HR professional with a solid foundation of generalist experience who is looking to deepen their expertise while working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
The HR Specialist II provides day-to-day HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of client service.
