In collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Talent Development, the Program Manager, (Leadership) Development Programs will assist in leading, growing and executing organizational leadership development programs. The goal of these programs is to develop and engage talent at all levels, strengthen our culture, and provide ongoing leadership and management development opportunities for our people.
This role serves across Talent Development, including organizational and learning & development, partners with HR and business leaders, and works to build leadership capability, confidence and a positive culture through effective leadership programs, facilitation and leadership development and coaching experiences.
This role will lead and manage groups of program participants within the development programs. It is an Individual Contributor position.
This role will also support broader talent and organizational development efforts.
