The HR Generalist will provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and employees to support talent development, employee relations, performance management, employee well-being, and HR programs. This role will serve as a trusted resource to managers, helping them navigate employee matters, develop their teams, and effectively apply HR policies and processes.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and balancing day-to-day HR support with broader organizational initiatives.
