Willingness and ability to work on a moving chain or table.
Capability to work in both hot and cold environments.
Physical strength to handle weights up to 80 lbs. using appropriate techniques.
Commitment to wearing and properly utilizing all required PPE.
Endurance to stand for long periods during your shift.
Must have 1-month prior experience in a meat processing facility. Experience in one of the following jobs preferred:
Harvest: 1rst Butter, 2nd Butter, Low Backer, 1rst Legger, 2nd Legger, Rib Beef, Knocker/Shackler
Processing: 13th Rib/Finger & Bottom Bones, Pull Ap Bn/Pdl/Bn/Mt, Top Boners, Rib Bonner, Drop Rounds, Tender Pullers.
