Brand Marketing
Collaborate with internal teams to identify business and growth opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans.
Influence multiple functions, both internally and externally, at the manager and director levels in the planning, budgeting, and development of programs.
Lead external creative and content agencies, ensuring projects are briefed strategically and managed through timely execution.
Champion brand creative standards and guidelines, ensuring all creative work remains on-brand and aligned with strategic objectives.
Lead creative development for integrated marketing campaigns, from brief development through execution and performance evaluation.
Manage agency scope, marketing budgets, and project timelines for assigned projects on a day-to-day basis.
Partner with insights, media, and digital teams to align creative strategies with consumer and channel objectives.
Mentor junior team members on best practices in campaign and creative development.
Identify growth opportunities through the effective use of consumption data, market research, and competitive intelligence. Develop meaningful consumer positioning for assigned product lines that creates differentiation and added value versus competitors, and effectively communicate product advantages to customers and consumers.
Manage the development and introduction of new products in partnership with the New Business Development group and Research & Development (R&D) teams to deliver differentiated products that meet consumer needs and provide strong competitive value.
Manage brand positioning and messaging across multiple media platforms to ensure consistency, engagement, and improved marketing return on investment compared to prior periods.
Demonstrate the ability to perform at a high level while managing a significant volume of work and responding quickly to unforeseen customer-generated requests.
Digital Marketing
Serve as the primary owner of assigned marketing technologies (e.g., Sprinklr, Marketo, Adobe RTCDP), ensuring appropriate governance, adoption, integration, and optimization to support business objectives. Provide training, documentation, and enablement resources to help team members effectively leverage these tools.
Plan and implement national and regional digital marketing campaigns utilizing social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Oversee digital customer experience projects, as well as the development and deployment of marketing tools and technologies, including but not limited to digital asset management, marketing automation, and the broader marketing technology stack.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success and independently manage project implementation, including timelines, scope, budgets, communications, quality concerns, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints.
Negotiate project priorities and workloads with internal stakeholders and team members when necessary.
Manage and direct agency work, as applicable.
Manage personal travel and expense budgets and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business field is required.
MBA preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand marketing or digital marketing within the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Skills
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools.
Supervisory Responsibility
0-3 direct reports at any given time.
Travel
Approximately 7-10 trips annually.
