Alvarium Beer Co. is looking for a detail-minded Beertender to help create an outstanding guest experience in our taproom. If you take pride in quality and service, love talking about great beer, and notice the little things that make a space feel welcoming, we'd love to meet you. Candidates should be available for at least 2 shifts per week, and 3 is ideal.
What you'll do
- Make every guest feel taken care of. Greet guests warmly, listen to what they're looking for, and give personalized recommendations. Stay focused on their needs from the first hello to the last sip.
- Be an enthusiastic Alvarium ambassador. Learn our beers, styles, brewing process, and ingredients well enough to share your excitement with confidence.
- Champion quality in every pour. Pour a great pint every time, with precision and attention to detail, following responsible service practices.
- Keep the whole space sparkling. Maintain the taproom and surrounding areas, including seating, restrooms, and outdoor spaces, so they are clean, organized, stocked, safe, and inviting.
