REQUIRED SKILLS: 6+ years of experience managing projects from inception through completion, with the ability to lead teams, drive alignment, and establish clear project direction.
Proven experience leading end-to-end program management within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
6+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in Agile software development environments, business partners, and product managers.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple business and technical disciplines.
Experience working with ticketing and project management systems such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of project management principles, including project charters, project planning, scheduling, scope definition, and successful project execution; ability to facilitate teams through charter development, scope alignment, and ways of working.
2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) and Confluence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to establish alignment, provide direction, and drive teams toward project and organizational objectives.
DESIRED SKILLS: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, Change Management, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Experience working within large, enterprise-level organizations.
Experience managing or supporting eCommerce applications and projects.
2+ years of experience with Power BI preferred.
