What We Are Looking For

• Heritage Werks Group is seeking an experienced enterprise AI strategic alliances consultant to use established relationships to create specific client opportunities, joint pursuits, pilots, commercial proposals, and ultimately revenue for Authority AI.
• This fractional consulting engagement is intended for an established alliance leader with active relationships across major consulting firms, systems integrators, and related enterprise-technology organizations.
• The primary objective is to develop one-to-many distribution channels through partners that can introduce, recommend, implement, and/or resell Authority AI across multiple clients.

This is a hands-on engagement, not a strategy-only advisory role. The consultant must personally activate an existing network, secure qualified introductions, participate in partner conversations, identify specific opportunities within each partner's existing client portfolio, and help Heritage Werks Group pursue those accounts jointly.

Engagement Details

Reporting relationship with Heritage Werks Group executive leadership.

Weekly pipeline and progress reviews.

Potential extension based on partner engagement, qualified pipeline, revenue results, and ongoing business needs.

As an independent contractor, this engagement is not eligible for company-sponsored employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Heritage Werks Group enterprise AI offering, target customers, priority use cases, and commercial model.
• Help refine a clear partner-facing value proposition and packaged use cases.
• Identify and prioritize consulting firms, systems integrators, relevant practices, and senior decision-makers.
• Personally activate existing relationships to secure qualified introductions and meetings.
• Position the offering with alliance leaders, practice leaders, industry leaders, and other appropriate decision-makers.
• Participate in partner conversations, discovery meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Identify specific opportunities within each partner's existing client portfolio and help Heritage Werks Group pursue those accounts jointly.
• Help advance joint pursuits, named-account opportunities, pilots, and commercial proposals.
• Advise Heritage Werks Group on the incentives, services opportunities, and commercial structures needed to motivate partners.
• Maintain a documented partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline containing named-account opportunities, next steps, estimated values, and probabilities.
• Participate in weekly pipeline and progress reviews with Heritage Werks Group leadership.
• Recommend which relationships and opportunities should be expanded or continued after the initial engagement.
• Initial 90-Day Focus
• During the initial engagement, the consultant will: Days 1–15: Position and Prioritize
• Learn Authority AI and its priority use cases.
• Refine the partner-facing value proposition.
• Identify and prioritize target firms, practices, and decision-makers.
• Begin outreach through established relationships.
• Days 16–45: Open Doors
• Secure qualified partner and channel meetings.
• Introduce Heritage Werks Group leadership to relevant contacts.
• Participate in discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
• Identify specific joint-client opportunities within partner portfolios.
• Days 46–90: Build Pipeline
• Convert the strongest partner relationships into named-account pursuits.
• Develop pilot opportunities and commercial proposals.
• Advance joint opportunities with partners.
• Build a measurable partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.

What Success Looks Like

Success will be measured by the consultant’s ability to:

Develop a clear and compelling partner-facing offering.

Secure approximately 10 qualified partner or channel meetings.

Generate meaningful partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities.

Advance at least three pilot or commercial proposals.

Maintain a measurable pipeline with documented next steps and estimated values.

A goal of securing one or two wins.

Create a practical plan for developing a repeatable partner channel.

Requirements

Qualifications

• The ideal consultant will have: At least 15 years of experience in enterprise-technology sales, strategic alliances, channel development, or partner-led growth.
• A demonstrated record of generating measurable pipeline or revenue through consulting firms, systems integrators, cloud providers, or reseller ecosystems.
• Current, credible relationships with senior decision-makers at relevant organizations.
• Experience commercializing enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, knowledge-management, content-management, or digital-asset-management solutions.
• Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling arrangements, pilot programs, and partner-sourced opportunities.
• The ability to translate a technical solution into a compelling business and services opportunity for a partner.
• The executive presence to represent Heritage Werks Group with senior leaders.
• A hands-on, results-oriented approach and willingness to personally make introductions and advance opportunities.
• Strong pipeline management and reporting discipline.
