Settlement Coordinator – Lemon Law
We are a fast-growing plaintiff-side Lemon Law firm seeking a highly motivated Settlement Coordinator to effectively manage our client cases through the settlement process. This is a critical, client-facing role focused on delivering excellent client experience while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients through the phases of settlement.In this role, you will communicate directly with clients to guide them through the process, gather key documentation, coordinate vehicle surrenders, and communicate with opposing
parties to ensure timely receipt of settlement funds. Given the high volume of cases, this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
