Duties May Include:
Serve as the contractor representative responsible for daily contract performance, with authority to act for the contractor on operational matters. Designate and coordinate an alternate who can exercise that authority during absences.
Direct staff and maintain coverage across Annual Work Plan support, GFEBS work order and financial analysis, sustainment funding, ePRISMS space utilization, BUILDER SMS asset and floor plan records, and Directorate IT accountability.
Oversee accurate processing of approved DA Form 4283 actions in cProjects and GFEBS Project System. Ensure timely work order review and closure, and reconcile management decision package and sustainment data.
Review and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Track the 30 September GFEBS facility data capture, oversee annual ePRISMS validation of at least 10 percent of listed buildings, and ensure timely BUILDER discrepancy reporting.
