ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Closer to join our growing team in New Jersey. As a Closer at Velaz Agency you will work with pre-qualified appointments generated by our own call center — your job is to present, connect, and close.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects who have already been scheduled by our call center
• Present life insurance solutions based on the client's needs and situation
• Build trust, handle objections, and close policies
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Track your activity and results in our CRM system
• Participate in daily training, role play, and coaching sessions
• Work toward monthly production targets and contract level milestones
• Grow into a mentor and leader as you develop within the agency

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Sales experience in any industry — solar, roofing, retail, auto, real estate, call center, or insurance — preferred.
• Ability to build trust quickly, handle objections confidently, and close sales face to face preferred.
• Coachable — willing to follow a proven system and take feedback — with experience working within a defined sales process preferred.
• Experience following up with prospects or existing clients preferred.
