Huckberry is looking for a highly organized, product-obsessed Brand Marketing Associate to drive campaign strategy for our house brands, specifically Proof. Working inside our house brand pod structure, the Brand Marketing Associate will partner directly with product and merchandising leads to turn technical product roadmaps into clear, channel-ready campaign marketing plans.
You will have a heightened focus on Proof’s key franchises - the proven, field-tested hero styles (like the Rover Pant, 72-Hour Merino Collection, or Trail Shorts) that anchor the brand and drive the business season after season.
The ideal candidate is an outdoor enthusiast and natural project manager who can own campaigns end to end—building the plan, running the timeline, and keeping multiple workstreams moving across teams without dropping details. You can translate complex technical fabrics and performance features into compelling, outdoor- and adventure-driven customer benefits, draw actionable insights from sales and campaign data, and communicate them concisely.
