As Senior Sales Director, you will lead the development of senior relationships with banks and larger financial institutions, helping clients address front-office business priorities across the front- and middle office space.

This is a high-profile, London-based role for a commercially driven professional who understands the front-office technology landscape, has credibility with senior stakeholders, and can translate complex client requirements into compelling solution conversations. You will help expand Broadridge’s presence in priority accounts and position its capabilities in the areas that matter most to institutional clients.

The Senior Sales Director will own and grow a strategic sales pipeline among banks, larger institutions, brokers – across the sell-side. You will engage senior business, technology, and commercial decision-makers; develop account strategies; and lead complex solution sales conversations from initial opportunity through commercial close.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline across banks and larger institutional clients.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across front-office business and technology functions.
• Position Broadridge’s solutions against client priorities in market making and RSP.
• Lead consultative sales cycles, identifying business needs, articulating value, coordinating internal contributors, and progressing opportunities to close.
• Create and execute strategic account and territory plans for priority clients and prospects.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape and use this insight to differentiate Broadridge’s offering.
• Represent client requirements internally and work closely with product, business, and delivery colleagues to shape compelling proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, commercial forecasting, and account activity records.
• Contribute market insight that supports commercial strategy, proposition development, and client engagement.

Qualifications and experience

• Essential
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role and around 10 years' experience in the financial services industry
• Proven success in software solution sales within capital markets or a closely related front-office technology environment.
• Strong understanding of front-office solutions and of relevant competitor offerings.
• Experience selling to banks and larger institutional clients, including engagement with senior decision-makers.
• Relevant market knowledge across structured products, ETFs, and futures & options (F&O), market-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales processes and build long-term executive-level relationships.
• Strong commercial judgement, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Based in, or able to work from London.
• Desirable
• Market knowledge, professional experience, or an established network in DACH markets or Amsterdam.
