Position Summary
Performs administrative and customer service tasks for the line haul department, including invoice reconciliation, lodging audits, dispatch support, and weekly reporting.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepares regular and weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manages hotel accommodations for drivers and maintains compliance records.
Provides customer service and assists with shipment tracking inquiries.
Coordinates and updates lodging records to ensure efficient driver accommodation.
Assists in general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the line haul team.
Supports accounting functions within the department.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of administrative or transportation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Pay Rate: $19.86 - $22.85 per hour, based on experience
