The Opportunity

UHP runs its entire prospective-student journey on HubSpot, from first touch through admissions, enrollment, and handoff to campus. Zapier, Make, PandaDoc, landing pages, and our phone system all feed into it. The system works, but it has grown faster than one person can maintain, and documentation hasn't kept up.

This is UHP's first dedicated Revenue Operations (RevOps) role. You'll learn how the system works today, stabilize and document it, and then make it more reliable, measurable, and scalable as enrollment grows. It isn't a ticket-queue CRM admin job. You'll find the problems, design the fixes, build them, test them, and report the results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the HubSpot architecture: objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, permissions, and data quality.
• Build, troubleshoot, and simplify automation and integrations across HubSpot, Zapier, Make, PandaDoc, APIs, webhooks, forms, and landing pages.
• Improve lead management, including routing, speed-to-lead, follow-up, reactivation, and stage progression.
• Build funnel reporting that leadership trusts, covering conversion by stage, stage aging, lead-source quality, and admissions team performance.
• Put QA, monitoring, documentation, and change control in place for critical revenue workflows.
• Remove friction from the student journey and from the handoffs between Marketing, Admissions, Enrollment, and campus teams.
• Extend the system to new programs and pipelines, and bring forward improvements before anyone asks for them.

Qualifications & Experience

• Required
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM systems, CRM, or business systems, including 3+ years owning the system rather than supporting it.
• Deep hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, custom properties, objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lists, forms, sequences, and reporting.
• Experience building and troubleshooting integrations with Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks. You don't need to be a developer, but you can trace where a handoff between systems broke.
• A track record of auditing an existing CRM you didn't build, then simplifying and documenting it.
• Strong analytical judgment: you can turn a business question into a metric, a dashboard, and a decision.
• Preferred
• HubSpot implementation experience, either in-house or with a HubSpot partner agency.
• Experience at a growth-stage company where you owned the full revenue system.
• Background in education, admissions, enrollment, or other high-consideration sales.
• SQL, BI tools, lead scoring, attribution, or AI-enabled automation.
• Schedule & Work Environment
• Full-time. On-site at our Gentry, AR campus is preferred; hybrid is available.
• You'll work directly with the VP of Admissions & Growth and partner with Marketing, Admissions, Enrollment, campus operations, and leadership.
