The VP of Streaming plays several roles, most important of which is leading and driving the video business - from definition to launch to high-growth:
Product and Business Strategy: Responsible for product and business vision, development and delivery. The VP's role is to craft the strategy, build the team and product accordingly, and develop a sizable, growing business across Yahoo.
Product Design & Development: Proficiency across product management, product design and product development - and experience with AI-first development and processes.
Business Development & Partner Management: The GM will lead relationships with existing partners and publishers - and identify new partners (across content, talent, technology). In this capacity, the VP will be both inward and outward facing.
Content Creation & Management: The new business will require a robust content library - including Yahoo-produced content, partner content, and newly produced and acquired
Basic Qualifications
15+ years of experience across digital media, streaming, video, product, or related businesses
Proven track record of building and scaling a digital video or streaming business, ideally from early stage concept through launch and growth
Experience leading complex product development, from strategy and design through launch, in close partnership with engineering
Deep understanding of content strategy, distribution, and partnerships, including owned, licensed, partner, and newly created content
Strong operator who can build a high performing team, navigate a complex organization, and use AI to accelerate product development and business operations

The compensation for this position ranges from $218,750.00 - $406,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
