Lead the delivery and operation of enterprise Data Analytics Platforms including Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire.
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, offshore development teams, CloudOps, and QA teams.
Drive platform enhancements, onboarding, support, and adoption using an Agile product delivery model.
Work directly with Clinical and Commercial stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable platform improvements.
Demonstrate proactive, effective, and assertive communication to drive decisions, resolve issues, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.
Ensure platform services are delivered effectively within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
