About our Summer Internship Program
RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program gives you real work, real responsibility, and direct access to leaders across the organization. This is a 12-week, full-time experience—not a resume line item, but a launchpad.
As an Operational Excellence Intern you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the Operational Excellence, Professional Services, and Customer Success and Support initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Alongside your project work, approximately 5–6 hours each week are built into your schedule for structured development. These two tracks run simultaneously.
