Why this role exists
As a Lead Consultant on the Front Office team, you'll play a central role in helping asset managers and wealth managers bring traders and portfolio managers onto Ridgeline's platform — guiding clients through discovery, configuration, and go-live for the systems that power their day-to-day trading. This is a chance to help shape a growing part of our business, working directly with client stakeholders on some of the most complex and highest-visibility work our platform supports.
What success looks like
At 6 months, you're a capable resource on a live project: comfortable in Ridgeline configuration, Ridgeline workflows, and front-office workflows end to end. By 12 months, you independently own the full project lifecycle, from discovery through go-live, the way recent team members have grown into owning their own implementations.
What you'll do
- Own front-office implementation workstreams for Ridgeline client projects end-to-end, from discovery through go-live.
- Configure Ridgeline tenants, translating client workflows into system setup and client-facing education.
- Partner with sales and delivery to support pipeline projects, including smaller, quick-turnaround engagements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve time-sensitive issues during go-live hypercare, escalating when appropriate.
- Absorb client feedback, including the tough kind, and relay it constructively to the product team.
- Share project context and learnings with teammates so the team avoids knowledge silos.
What we look for
- Front office, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations experience — buy-side, broker-dealer, or vendor implementation background.
- Genuine intellectual curiosity: you enjoy digging into the "why" behind a new client's workflows and are motivated to keep learning rather than relying on what you already know.
- Genuine comfort with ambiguity and a constantly evolving product, not a need for a fixed, unchanging process to execute against.
- A track record of balancing independent ownership with proactive team communication.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to receive and act on direct feedback professionally.

Compensation
Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $143,000-$179,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
