Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead at Faith Technologies | LAYIQ

Training Program Development and Delivery: Designs and delivers comprehensive training programs that cover all Supply Chain processes and tools, ensuring continuous professional development for all team members.
Needs Assessment: Collaborates with Supply Chain teams and management to assess skill levels and identify training needs and gaps.
Content Creation and Documentation: Develops and maintains training materials, ensuring they are updated with the latest industry standards and software updates.
Mentorship and Continuous Learning: Designs and manages structured training programs for the Supply Chain team, ensuring alignment with department goals. Collaborates with the Manager, Supply Chain Business Systems and other department leaders to provide tailored training as required by specific projects.
Performance Monitoring: Tracks the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
