What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to calls, texts, chats, or emails from people in crisis
- Providing short-term counseling, de-escalation, and problem-solving support
- Offering referrals and resources when necessary
- Accurately documenting interactions and maintaining confidentiality
- Who We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s preferred; required for some programs)
- At least 21 years old
- Computer literate, able to take notes while talking to callers
- Physical & Safety Requirements: Sedentary office work with standard computer use
- Minimal physical risks in a typical administrative setting
