Spring Health is actively seeking a VP, Global Strategy & Operations to join our team. This leader will drive our international operational strategy and partner closely with product, legal, and clinical teams to scale our international footprint. The VP, Global Strategy & Operations will cross-functionally orchestrate global delivery networks and optimize service reliability across the 200+ international markets in which we operate today.

This is a full-time position that can be performed remotely, with quarterly travel to our New York City headquarters expected.

What you'll do:

• Orchestrate and align a highly cross-functional, matrixed team to deliver exceptional mental healthcare infrastructure to members, customers, and providers worldwide.
• Influence and shape the long-term global expansion roadmap, largely focused on service delivery excellence and expansion versus country expansion, acting as an internal general manager to align organizational capabilities with market needs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Go-To-Market teams to identify operational readiness capabilities that unblock and accelerate global revenue generation and market entry.
• Build and instill deep operational rigor, systematic standardization, and process excellence across all international fulfillment and support channels.
• Champion local market customization and regional delivery models to ensure care delivery is culturally relevant and clinically compliant with regional standards.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with regional providers and strategic fulfillment networks globally.
• Balance complex international regulatory, legal, and operational trade-offs to keep cross-border service delivery moving forward quickly and safely.
• Resolve high-friction cross-functional operational roadblocks and manage international dependencies under changing market conditions.
• Audit and optimize regional operational processes to eliminate systemic inefficiencies and improve overall service velocity.

What success looks like in this role:

Meet or exceed established revenue expansion and retention goals.

Improve end-to-end operational efficiency metrics, reducing unit-level care support and fulfillment delivery costs while raising the bar on world-class quality standards.

Successfully execute and scale the in-house care delivery infrastructure roadmap to improve internal fulfillment capacity across core international target regions.

What you'll bring:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience heading complex operations, network management, or general management functions.
• Direct experience successfully scaling operational footprints from the ground up from the United States into international markets.
• Deep professional working knowledge of global healthcare delivery models, international compliance frameworks, and cross-border regulatory landscapes.
• Proven track record managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Strong data-driven decision-making capability with demonstrated experience establishing operational tracking metrics and key performance indicators.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities with a pre-existing network of global healthcare stakeholders, providers, or vendors.
• Nice to have: Professional experience working within both employee benefits and commercial health plan operations spaces.
• Experience designing or managing centralized global shared services models.

The target base salary range for this position is

$230,400 - $290,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
