We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day on-site operations and ensure our shipping, receiving, mailroom, and related services run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee a small team, coordinate daily workflow, work directly with the client, and make sure employees have the resources and support they need to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to jump in and help the team get the job done.
3–5 years of experience in operations, shipping/receiving, mailroom, warehouse, logistics, facilities, or a related environment.
Be available business hours Monday-Friday with some weekend availability
Forklift experience is required.
Current forklift certification is preferred or must be obtained as required.
Previous experience supervising, leading, or coordinating a small team.
A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside your team when needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions independently.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and technology.
A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
The operation is organized, efficient, and well staffed.
Shipping, receiving, and mailroom activities are completed accurately and on time.
The team understands its responsibilities and has the support it needs to succeed.
Safety and operational procedures are consistently followed.
Client requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Operational issues are identified and resolved before they become larger problems.
The client receives consistent, high-quality service.
You continuously look for ways to make the operation better.
This is an on-site, hands-on operations leadership position
. You’ll spend time managing the operation, working with your team, interacting with the client, and stepping in where needed to keep things moving.
The role requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and moving materials throughout the workday. You must be able to safely lift and/or move items weighing
40 pounds or more and operate material-handling equipment, including a forklift.

$60,000 — $67,000 USD
