Job Description

Renewal by Andersen is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our Event and Retail Marketing Team! In this role, you’ll represent Renewal by Andersen at local events, festivals, retail locations, and community gatherings throughout the Reno area.

Your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers, promote our window and door replacement services, and schedule free in-home consultations with interested homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Renewal by Andersen at local events and retail locations.
• Engage with customers and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule free consultations for interested homeowners.
• Set up and maintain professional marketing displays.
• Work alongside a team to achieve weekly performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Your own reliable car and able to commute 30-60 Min
• 3/4 weekends a month availability
• No previous marketing experience required; training is provided.
