Support teams with workflow improvements and process simplification initiatives. Learn how to identify inefficiencies, document processes, and drive practical changes that improve team effectiveness. Gain hands-on experience applying problem-solving skills to real business challenges while building workplace competencies in a collaborative environment.
Assist with workflow analysis and process documentation across Aftermarket functions.
Identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing processes and tools.
Support development of standardized documentation and communication tools.
Gather and analyze data to understand where processes can be streamlined.
Collaborate with team members across different functions to understand current workflows.
Participate in meetings to collect information and verify process details.
Create visual process maps or workflow documentation to support improvement efforts.
Propose recommendations for process changes based on analysis and team input.
All other duties or projects as assigned.
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
