About the role
We're looking for someone to design and build the operational foundation that supports this growth: a territory model, industry classification, commission instrumentation, and a prospecting universe that stays aligned with our CRM as we scale.
This is a senior individual contributor role and the first dedicated Sales Operations hire at Picnic. You'll have the opportunity to shape the operational backbone of our commercial organization from the ground up, with a clear path to building and leading a team as it scales.
