Our biggest contributions to their independence are the clinical and non-clinical services we provide at our day centers.
The Program Director, reporting to the Executive Director, oversees critical PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) functions that include, but are not limited to, nutrition, social work, day center, personal care services, scheduling, and participant experience. In addition, the Program Director is accountable for developing and maintaining a high-functioning Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
