Senior Associate Procurement Coordinator - Mechanical Equipment at Rowan Digital Infrastructure | LAYIQ

Compensation

Compensation:

$90K - $115K (Offers Bonus)
Essential Responsibilities
Coordinate competitive sourcing activities, Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
Assist in administering Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), supplier contracts, and commercial terms
Generate, issue, and maintain purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies
Monitor purchase order status from issuance through delivery, proactively identifying schedule risks and expediting critical materials when necessary
Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, contract files, and purchasing records
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of equipment and materials
Track supplier commitments, production schedules, shipping status, and delivery milestones
Support supplier performance reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
Review quotations and proposals for completeness, commercial compliance, and technical coordination
Ensure procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards
Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolution of purchasing discrepancies
Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationship management
Education, Skills, and Experience
Education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction procurement experience
Experience in administering purchase orders and supplier contracts
Understanding of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and contract administration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively across engineering, construction, finance, and legal teams
Professional communication and supplier relationship management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting mechanical construction or mission-critical/data center projects
General knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC equipment, chillers, pumps, cooling systems, piping, controls, or related mechanical infrastructure
Experience working with suppliers of commercial or industrial mechanical equipment
Working knowledge of Procore construction management software
Experience with procurement reporting, supplier scorecards, and project scheduling
Familiarity with contract negotiation support and Master Supply Agreement administration
