Manager of Timekeeping Operations at Overlake Medical Center | LAYIQ

The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to have a significant positive impact on leaders throughout the organization. If selected, you'll develop a responsive service model that:

Supports employees and managers
Leads proactive reporting and analysis of timekeeping trends
Monitors meal and rest break compliance and reporting
Works to resolve issues, strengthen processes and support compliance

Improves the employee and manager experience.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping or a related function is required.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of prior management or leadership experience preferred
Experience with UKG & Workday preferred
