The Role:
We’re looking for an Influencer Manager to build and run Open’s creator program as part of our partnerships team. You’ll find the voices across wellness, music, fashion, culture and turn them into lasting relationships that bring new people into the studio and our classes online. You’ll also bring creators into our brand partnerships, making them a core part of the campaigns, events, and collaborations we build with partners.
You’ll own the creator program end to end, from sourcing and outreach to briefs, contracts, content, and results.
- Responsibilities:: Build a roster of creators and talent across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Source creators whose audience and aesthetic align and help grow the Open brand
- Lean into developing brand partnerships, from pitch and proposal through to delivery
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights; manage contracts and payments with our operations team
- Write clear creative briefs and guide content so it feels authentic to the creator, Open, and any partner brand involved
- Plan and run creator activations — studio visits, hosted classes, gifting, events, and launches
- Maintain a data-driven affiliate tracker including: pipeline, deliverables, posting dates, spend, and performance
- What drives success for this role:: 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships
- Experience working on brand partnerships or sponsored campaigns, and an understanding of what partners need from creator work
- A strong network of creators and agents, and a sharp eye for who is right for a brand
- Comfortable negotiating rates and terms, and managing budgets and contracts
