POSITION SUMMARY
Leads Onboard Sales Representatives and Pre‑Sales Retail Representatives to achieve and maximize sales margin objectives. This is a Monday-Friday position with some weekends; the position will cover from Modesto, CA, to Yuba City.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Negotiate directly with customers and assist the team in negotiating existing accounts and generating new business.
Gather and analyze sales information such as sales, pricing, product mix per customer, spoilage, margins, and inventory versus sales; plan and execute sales plans for maximum performance.
Interview, hire, and train Onboard and Pre‑Sales Retail Representatives.
Review sales performance, set individual goals for representatives, and provide sales and customer service guidance.
Train representatives on company procedures, including sales processes and safety procedures (DOT); perform internal audits regarding procedural compliance.
