Senior Director, Global Enablement Programs (remote) at Axiom | LAYIQ

Global Enablement Programs
Lead the development and execution of foundational, role-agnostic Global Enablement Programs aligned to Axiom’s commercial priorities.
Translate Enablement strategy into sequenced programs, learning experiences, reinforcement, and field execution.
Establish clear learning and behavioral objectives for programs and ensure deliverables are designed against those objectives.
Create greater rigor and consistency in how Enablement programs are developed, launched, reinforced, measured, and improved.
Partner with Enablement team members and subject-matter experts to ensure programs meet appropriate quality standards and are grounded in sound adult-learning principles.
Inspect program effectiveness and identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen, or evolve existing approaches.
New-Hire Onboarding & Ramp
Own the strategy and execution of Axiom’s commercial new-hire onboarding program, with a focus on accelerating readiness, productivity, and ramp.
Establish a clear learning journey from onboarding through zero-to-first-close, including curriculum sequencing, readiness milestones, practice, reinforcement, and manager involvement.
Define and track meaningful ramp and productivity milestones rather than relying solely on training completion.
Continuously evaluate onboarding effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data and evolve the program based on results.
Partner closely with sales leaders, frontline managers, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional partners to ensure new hires can translate learning into field performance.
Seller & Manager Capability
Develop and execute scalable programs that strengthen foundational seller and manager capabilities across the commercial organization.
Support the evolution and adoption of Axiom’s core sales methods, skills, playbooks, and ways of working.
Build manager reinforcement and coaching into Enablement programs so frontline managers can drive adoption and sustained behavior change.
Partner with specialized resources and other Enablement team members on manager-effectiveness initiatives as appropriate.
Ensure programs connect learning to real commercial situations, practice, application, and measurable behavior change.
Measurement, Analytics & Insights
Establish KPIs, baselines, and success measures for major Enablement programs from the outset.
Regularly review commercial performance data, Enablement data, dashboards, field feedback, and other signals to assess effectiveness and identify performance gaps.
Partner closely with RevOps, GTM Transformation, Sales leadership, and other stakeholders to understand business performance and connect Enablement activity to commercial outcomes.
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into clear hypotheses, insights, and recommendations.
Identify risks, opportunities, adoption issues, and execution gaps early and bring forward recommendations for action.
Develop clear reporting on program performance and Enablement impact for senior and executive audiences.
Build a culture of measurement and continuous improvement across Global Enablement Programs.
Program Quality & Operating Discipline
Establish clear standards for the design and execution of Enablement programs.
Ensure major initiatives have defined objectives, audiences, expected behaviors, reinforcement plans, ownership, and measures of success.
Provide a quality-control layer across Global Programs, reviewing key deliverables and learning experiences for clarity, effectiveness, and alignment to intended outcomes.
Create repeatable operating practices that improve prioritization, execution, visibility, and accountability across Enablement work.
Help surface dependencies, risks, resource requirements, and execution gaps before they affect delivery or business outcomes.
Build practices and processes that can scale as Axiom’s Enablement organization grows.
AI & Enablement Innovation
Help identify and develop practical applications of AI and emerging technology within Enablement and commercial workflows.
Partner with appropriate stakeholders to translate new capabilities into scalable learning, adoption, and reinforcement.
Encourage experimentation and innovation while ensuring new approaches are tied to meaningful business problems and measurable outcomes.
Leadership & Partnership
Serve as a senior operating partner to the VP, Sales Enablement, helping translate strategy into executable programs and providing data-driven recommendations on priorities, performance, and opportunities.
Build strong relationships with Sales SVPs, frontline managers, RevOps/GTM Transformation, Marketing, and other commercial partners.
Maintain close connection to the field to understand performance challenges, emerging needs, and how Enablement programs are landing in practice.
Navigate complex cross-functional initiatives and orchestrate work across multiple stakeholders.
Communicate clearly and credibly with senior and executive audiences.
Help build the capabilities, operating discipline, and culture of Axiom’s evolving Enablement organization.
Experience & Capabilities
10
+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related commercial function, including significant leadership experience.
Experience designing and leading scalable Enablement programs in a complex B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience building or significantly evolving new-hire onboarding and ramp programs.
Strong analytical orientation with experience defining KPIs, interpreting performance data, and using insights to improve programs and influence business decisions.
Strong understanding of adult learning, behavior change, facilitation, reinforcement, and manager-led coaching.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and performance needs into practical Enablement programs.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management skills, including experience working with senior sales and business leaders.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, bring structure to ambiguity, and move from strategy to execution.
Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Builder mindset with the ability to create structure, establish new operating practices, and continuously improve what already exists.
Role Scope / Partnership with the VP
The VP, Sales Enablement retains accountability for enterprise Enablement strategy, portfolio prioritization, organizational design, executive alignment and accountability, investment decisions, and final decision authority.
The Senior Director, Global Enablement Programs is a senior working and operating partner who helps shape strategy within Global Programs and owns the strategy and execution of major delegated programs. The role owns program architecture, execution discipline, quality, measurement and analytics, performance insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
For major areas such as new-hire onboarding, the Senior Director has meaningful strategic ownership—not simply project-management responsibility—while the VP retains ultimate accountability for the overall Enablement function and enterprise strategy.
