Today, Microsoft Clarity helps businesses understand what people do on their sites. The next chapter helps those same businesses understand how they show up when customers, copilots, and agents search, reason, cite, recommend, and act across the AI web.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead
Clarity Commercialization
, with a focus on AI Visibility, enterprise readiness, pricing and packaging, and the product capabilities needed to turn Clarity into a scaled business. This person will define how Clarity moves from broad product-led adoption into paid customer value, including the analytics, workflows, permissions, APIs, reporting, onboarding, and GTM motions needed by enterprises, agencies, sellers, and customer success teams.
This is a role for a product leader who understands analytics products, commercial product strategy, and the messy reality of building in a new market. The work sits at the intersection of web analytics, AI analytics, GEO/AI discoverability, pricing, enterprise SaaS, Microsoft Advertising, and customer-facing GTM. The right person will make Clarity more valuable for customers and more commercially meaningful for Microsoft.

AI Experiences employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft Hub in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
