As a Sales Operation Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our sales organization by designing and optimizing sales policies, managing operational processes, supporting incentive programs, reconciling customer payments, and delivering data-driven insights.
This role serves as a critical operational backbone of the sales organization—building the systems, processes, and visibility that enable our sales teams to focus on customer engagement and revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in retail, sales, or direct-to-user environments, with 2+ years in a management role. Automotive or tech industry experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail or sales environment.
Strong focus on delivering high-touch, user-first experiences.
Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce); data-literate and KPI-oriented.
Able to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, service, and operations.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company with ambitious goals.
Compensation
($130,000-$150,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
