The Chief Steward ensures seamless behind-the-scenes operations that support world-class events, banquets, and catering functions delivered throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. This role oversees stewarding teams responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and equipment management while enabling the successful execution of events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conventions and special events.
Be a part of our award-winning Food and Beverage Operations team at the Walt Disney World Resort! In this role, the Chief Steward provides leadership, support and direction for stewarding operations in a fast-paced food & beverage operation. You will lead and inspire a diverse Cast of hourly stewards in partnership with culinary leaders and Cast.
