This temporary role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year.

Assignment Details:

• Up to 6-month assignment – Full time hours
• Hours are typically 8-5 M-F
• Possible overtime required

Responsibilities:

• ·        Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
• ·        Supporting quoting team with proposal creation
• ·        Entering customer information into our systems
• ·        Directing calls or responding to inquiries
• ·        Scheduling appointments
• ·        Working on projects as assigned
• Required Qualifications: ·        2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
• ·        Group health insurance experience is preferred
• ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• ·        HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• ·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• ·        Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
