- Location: Tulsa, OK
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Tulsa. This position will provide general office support and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working on a computer, has good organizational skills, and can handle routine clerical duties with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Answer phones and assist with basic office communication
- Type and enter information accurately
- Use Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- File and organize documents
- Scan, copy, and maintain paperwork
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Maintain organized files and office documents
- Provide general support to office staff as needed
Requirements
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable typing and using a computer
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365
- Experience with filing and scanning documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
