Administrative Coordinator

Sierra Select is seeking a highly organized and dependable Remote Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative, operational, and customer service activities. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to management and internal teams.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Respond to emails, phone inquiries, and internal requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with order processing, data entry, customer records, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate information between sales, accounting, operations, vendors, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate digital files and company records.
• Track assignments, deadlines, and outstanding administrative tasks.
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
• Support customer and dealer communications when needed.
• Help coordinate shipping, purchasing, invoices, and other operational paperwork.
• Handle confidential company and customer information with discretion.
• Identify administrative process improvements and assist with special projects.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, operations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to work.
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, retail, or customer service is a plus.
