Advanced Sales Enablement Specialist at Valmont Industries | LAYIQ

Sales Funnel: launching and sustaining forecasting and extended outlook volume tracking. Monitor monthly deliverables and roll up details into a national report.
Customer Analysis: defining value propositions, building more detailed SWOT & market analyses, identifying buyer personas & new value add opportunities, evaluating plant fit, utilizing survey results, and improving sales funnel accuracy.
Customer Support & Education: developing the site sales representatives’ ability to provide customer & specifier technical training and complete on-site inspections & repairs.
Content – develop internal-facing playbooks (SOPs) and customer-facing assets that improve execution.
Internal: develop and maintain an internal-facing sales playbook that includes standard expectations & processing procedures along with best execution practices.
External: partner with marketing on the development & maintenance of customer-facing assets that engage prospects effectively, communicate important details clearly, and address frequent technical challenges.
Technology – work with site sales representatives to expand embracement of technology platforms to access materials, track content engagement, and manage customer relationships.
VCC Max : call documentation improvements, pricing function adherence, contact management, customer embracement / training, feedback on system improvements.
Showpad: integration into daily activity, expansion of functionality & resources, and working with marketing on improving organization of content.
Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint: organization and management of content.
Construct Connect: set-up subscriptions to receive notifications on large, upcoming galvanized projects for distribution to sites. Pull quarterly market data for trend analysis.
Additional Responsibilities: Track sales focused KPIs related to market trends, quote activity, pricing, performance, call documentation, etc. and prepare monthly metric reports for management review.
Monitor incoming segment level RFQs generated from the website for assignment, track status and conversion rates.
Manage large, multi-plant projects and new customers as the primary point of contact, working with Regional Directors and General Managers to identify fit, capacity, timing, pricing, and expectations.
Identify constraints to conversion for targeted accounts – develop and present action plans to overcome the constraints when possible.
