Strategist, Social Media at LINK | LAYIQ

Client Partnership & Strategic Support
Support client engagements by contributing to the development of mission, vision, strategic goals, and KPIs/OKRs aligned to organizational priorities.
Contribute to framing business challenges through research, note-taking, synthesis, and development of structured deliverables.
Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze findings, and summarize insights to inform recommendations.
Assist in preparing materials for strategic planning sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Support stakeholder interviews and working sessions by gathering information, documenting findings, and synthesizing key takeaways.
Help identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation through current-state analysis and requirements gathering.
Provide project coordination support across engagements to ensure alignment, clear documentation, and timely execution.
Curate relevant visual and audio/video media and news products and create and retain statistics and measures of effectiveness for maximum engagement across a wide range of audiences.
Communication Strategy, Storytelling & Execution
Manage and create content for client social media sites, currently including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Translate research and client inputs into clear, well-structured presentations, strategic materials, and social media content.
Support the development of messaging frameworks and communication products aligned with client objectives.
Develop content structures, information hierarchies, and storytelling approaches that communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Collaborate with creative teams to organize content and inform visual concepts, including outlines, content maps, and wireframes.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality visual products that support strategic objectives, audience understanding, and the client’s brand and industry.
Review deliverables for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and quality assurance.
Track social media engagement, statistics, and measures of effectiveness to inform ongoing content and communication strategy.
Assist with project management tasks to help ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet established standards.
Change Management & Organizational Support
Assist in the development of change management deliverables, including stakeholder analyses, communications plans, and adoption materials.
Support documentation of governance structures, workflows, and operating models.
Prepare materials and capture outputs from cross-functional meetings and working sessions.
Track action items, milestones, and performance metrics to support ongoing strategy refinement and implementation.
Support the development of communications strategies and materials that help stakeholders understand and adopt organizational changes.
Team Collaboration & Development
Collaborate with strategists and cross-functional team members to develop high-quality client deliverables.
Share tools, approaches, and lessons learned that improve the quality and consistency of work across engagements.
Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Provide support and knowledge sharing to more junior team members as appropriate.
Models LINK values in interactions with clients, teammates, and partners.
Work Schedule
3-4 days a week on-site with the client
Full time, 40 hours per week
Some travel required to attend relevant events and conferences, and participate in LINK team events
