Position
Objective:
This position i s respons i ble for genera l supervision of residents and the i r act i vities, mil i eu management and facil i tation of group meetings.
This position works closely with the TA Lead position and reports to the Pathways Inpatient/Residential Clinical Manager.

Educational/Experience
Requirements:
Required
Minimum
Education.
The m i n i mum lev el of education for th i s pos i t i on includes: H igh schoo l d i ploma or equivalent required; a college degree in behavioral health or human services is strongly preferred.
R equ ir es genera l understan d ing of subs tance use disorders and a w areness that patients ma y have co-occurring mental hea l th issues.

Minimum
Experience: One year of w or k e x per i ence required; work experience i n beha v ioral health or persona l recovery e x perience
( minimum of two y ears personal recove ry) strongly preferred. Two to four college level behavioral health internships may substitute on a 1:1 basis for up to two years work experience; Pathways internships strongly preferred.
Required
License/Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through approved Luminis Health system required within 30 days of hire. Valid Maryland driver's license and driving record with no more than two points.
