LAYIQ - Lead PR06 3rd Shift/Wet Dock/Full Time/Humboldt Plant, TN at Tyson Foods

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to make decisions regarding staffing and workflow needs.
Ability to follow food safety, quality assurance, and safety procedures.
Must be licensed and qualified to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and yard trucks as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of shipping and receiving operations.
Understanding of USDA, HACCP, and sanitation requirements.
Ability to lead and direct team members.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to identify workplace hazards and follow corrective actions.
Ability to work effectively with supervisors, production employees, and support departments.
Physical Requirements
Frequent walking throughout the facility.
Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in cold environments.
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
Ability to lift and move materials as required by operational needs.
Work Environment
The work environment includes exposure to: Cold temperatures.
High noise levels exceeding 85 decibels.
Forklift, pallet jack, and yard truck traffic.
Production and warehouse equipment.
Wet floors and other potential slip, trip, and fall hazards.

Required Training
Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification and training
