About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Solutions Technology Director. As a Technology Director, you will lead a team responsible for delivering strategic technology and data capabilities that support some of the organization's most critical business priorities. You will define technology strategy, build and develop high-performing engineering teams, and drive the design and delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure solutions. This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.
You will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, modernize platforms, advance artificial intelligence and automation capabilities, and accelerate the adoption of modern engineering practices.
