Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sim and Station Payload Instructor (SPI) Team Lead, Level III manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of both teams. The Level III manager will work closely with the Training Level II manager to help meet organizational goals. As part of Training Integration, the Level III manager will receive/maintain a Sim Supervisor qualification, participate in simulations, coordinate corporation between the Sim Team, PD Training and the MTC groups.
