Job Summary
The Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel will provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of legal issues. This role will work closely with various departments, primarily Regulatory, to support business objectives. This role may involve drafting and negotiating contracts; handling transactions, drafting testimony, appearance before regulatory bodies, discovery requests and responses, pleadings, and briefs; managing legal risks; and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
