Solutions Administrator - Integrations

The Solutions Administrator – Integrations serves as the technical bridge between enterprise clients, Sales, Onboarding, Engineering, and third-party partners. The role owns the technical lifecycle of complex integrations, from discovery and solution design through API configuration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.

This role requires strong API and data integration expertise combined with client-facing communication skills to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across HRIS, ATS, and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand enterprise client integration requirements.
• Design integration solutions using standard connectors, custom APIs, or browser extensions.
• Manage API integrations from initial configuration and staging through production go-live.
• Configure complex field mappings, data flows, cost codes, departments, and account structures.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of API payloads, webhooks, callbacks, and workflows in sandbox environments.
• Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON payloads, OAuth authentication, synchronization, and permission issues.
• Coordinate technical configuration and issue resolution with third-party integration partners.
• Create technical SOW components, Change Orders, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and testing procedures.
• Create and manage Jira tickets for Engineering when development or product changes are required.
• Identify technical risks, infrastructure limitations, and project scope before development.
• Test partner platform updates, validate integration stability, and document regression issues.
• Create technical documentation, API demos, and integration resources for internal teams.
• Support customer-facing technical webinars and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience analyzing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, XML/JSON data, and OAuth.
• Hands-on experience configuring integrations within enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Dayforce, iCIMS, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, and Lever.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, multi-tenant environments, parent-subsidiary structures, and dynamic cost-allocation logic.
• Experience creating technical SOWs, workflow diagrams, and project documentation.
• Experience managing technical work through tools such as Jira.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical requirements for business stakeholders.
• Able to work effectively with clients, commercial teams, third-party partners, and software developers.
• Able to learn new software quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
