About the Role
The Compensation Specialist is responsible for supporting the compensation area of Human Resources by performing all data entry, tracking, and maintenance of the HRIS system. This role will report to the Manager Compensation & Performance.
Position Responsibilities
- Initiates, tracks, and processes internal staffing changes (e.g., transfers, promotions, secondary positions, terminations etc.).
- Regularly audits and maintains data integrity of HRIS system.
- Maintains and tracks GITCA enrollments.
- Provides guidance to management on all compensation processes and procedures.
