LAYIQ - Refinish North America - Rotational Opportunity at Axalta

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields or diploma.
Eligibility and willingness to travel up to 100% throughout North America.
Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (now or future).
Preferred
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to relocate following successful completion of the rotational program, if required.
The extensive travel associated with this assignment is considered an essential component of the learning experience and a requirement of participation in the program. Participants must be prepared to travel extensively for the Conversion Installation portion of the program
Rotation Experience
Upon successful completion of the Conversion Installation assignment, participants will transition into developmental rotations across multiple business functions.

Distribution
Participants will receive coaching, mentorship, and career development support throughout the experience.
