LAYIQ - Senior Director, Entertainment Vertical, Yahoo Ads at Yahoo

Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or related roles, with at least 6 years managing sales teams.
Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams, achieving ambitious revenue targets, and cultivating long-lasting strategic client relationships.
Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing sellers, including managing performance and building bench strength.
Exceptional business acumen, with a deep understanding of digital advertising trends and the competitive landscape.
Demonstrated use of AI tools in their own sales workflow, with a clear point of view on where AI creates leverage for a sales organization (account research, pipeline hygiene, call prep, pitch development) and where human judgment still has to own the outcome.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with the ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies within a market segment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with C-level executives, and influence key decision-makers.
Executive presence and credibility with CMOs and agency leadership, with comfort representing Yahoo externally at industry events.
Proficiency in sales methodologies, negotiation techniques, and consultative selling approaches.
Established relationships with brands and agencies in the Entertainment & Media category.

The compensation for this position ranges from $255,135.00 - $554,990.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
